Krista has over 20 years of commercial leasing experience where she uses her mix of landlord and tenant experience to provide legal support to her clients.  While her experience is focused in retail and office leasing and lease-related documents such as letters of intent, memorandums of lease and amendments, she also has experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and other real estate agreements used in connection with shopping center operations and development.  Before joining Strategic Leasing Law Group, Krista was Vice Preisdent and Deputy General Counsel at CenterCal Properties, LLC which is an active mixed-use retail developer.  She has also worked for a large shopping center REIT, a mall-based apparel and accessories store owned by a private equity company and a fast food restaurant chain.
